The International Diplomatic Council (IDC) is a unique global organization that aims to promote the values of diplomacy and international cooperation, while fostering partnerships among peoples, nations, and institutions. The Council was founded in Luxembourg within the European Union and currently operates from its two main headquarters in Vienna and Luxembourg.

This makes the Council a unifying platform for ideas and initiatives at both official and societal levels.
