Starting a war was never to achieve peace. Peace – can only be achieved through negotiations and dialogue. The use of cluster bombs and other internationally banned weapons results in conditions such as long-term disability and incurable diseases, leading to adverse environmental effects causing infertility in women and various types of cancer, especially in children.
